910 – Future shock—the science and politics of the coming era

It appears that the ‘future’ is not so much ahead of us, as behind us, given emerging accounts of advanced technologies far beyond our average daily experience.

Now that the White House has officially acknowledged these technologies, it is becoming increasingly clear why Donald Trump’s creation of a Space Force during his first presidency was critical to his greater agenda – and to the lives of every individual on this planet.

Increasingly, more and more accounts are surfacing regarding what might be regarded as quantum leaps in technology, so much so, that most who first hear about these technologies cannot bring themselves to believe it. As physicist Ashton Forbes expressed it, they are collectively choosing to remain in a state of “wilful ignorance.”

The disbelief is understandable. The technologies being described include everything from ‘anti-gravity’ propulsion to unlimited ‘free energy,’ to a complete command of inter-planetary space travel. The obvious question that arises is, why haven’t these technologies, purportedly around for many decades, not become part of our common experience? Continue reading »

Will Trump’s tariff strategies to make America great again actually work, or is Trump just becoming another global protectionist? That’s been the great debate since ‘liberation day’ when the tariffs took effect.

Interestingly, it’s a debate that seems to be conducted within the ranks of those generally seen to be on the Right.

But the real debate may be the nature of the debate itself. For some, the debate over tariffs is strictly economic; for others, political. For Trump, it appears to be both.

For Trump, the use of tariffs is neither an end in itself, nor is it being done in a vacuum. Accompanied by a myriad of economic reforms and regulation reductions, perhaps the most significant positive impact on Americans will be Trump’s elimination of the income tax – an issue closely linked to tariffs and trade duties.

Unfortunately, it appears that there continue to be many long accepted myths circulating about the impact of tariffs, including an almost complete lack of knowledge about the actual history of tariffs.

Similarly, there continue to be many myths in circulation about Trump himself, particularly with regard to his economic agenda – for free trade.

Is it possible that tariffs, which by their nature impede trade, can actually be a means to establish free trade? Trump seems to think so. Whether he proves to be Just Right will be a determination for the future, after the verdicts currently pending are finally rendered.

907 – Anti-feminine isms—and the destruction of femininity

Dictionaries define ‘femininity’ as: “(1) the quality or nature of the female sex; womanliness; (2) the female form; (3) the sum of all attributes that convey (or are perceived to convey) womanhood.”

So whatever happened to femininity as a social value? Perhaps that question was already answered over a century ago. It would be difficult to believe that when British writer Arabella Kenealy published her book Feminism and Sex-Extinction in 1920, she could possibly have envisaged the 2025 dystopian reality of her predictions.

“Feminism, the extremist – and of late years the predominant cult of the Woman’s Movement, is Masculinism,” she asserted.

“It makes for such training and development in woman, of male characteristics, as shall equip her to compete with the male in every department of life; academic, athletic, professional, political, industrial. And it neither recognises nor admits in her natural aptitudes differing from those of men, and fitting her, accordingly, for different functions in these. It rejects all concessions to her womanhood; even to her mother-function. It repudiates all privileges for her. Boldly it demands a fair field only and no favour; equal rights, political and social, identical education and training, identical economic opportunities and avocations, an identical morale, personal and public.

906 – “Don’t label me!”—behind the political identity crisis

In the world of politics the first rule is “Define, or be defined” and political victories are won by those who do the defining. Critical to the political definition game is the use of labels, most significantly, the terms ‘Left’ and ‘Right.’

Over the past few years, a pattern is developing in which more and more people who previously identified themselves as ‘left wing’ or ‘moderate’ are surprisingly finding themselves being labeled ‘right wing’ without really understanding why.

Citing their support for freedom of speech, bodily autonomy, an end to foreign wars, and other philosophically-aligned-with-freedom issues, they express regret that the Left has ‘abandoned’ these values and that these values are now being espoused by the Right.

However, their description of this process as a ‘re-alignment’ of the political Left and Right is incorrect. What is actually happening is an awakening to the true nature of Left and Right. The Left has long represented the ideology of tyranny in all its forms, while the Right has represented the ideology of freedom. Continue reading »

905 – The PPC vs the PPC—the People’s Party of Canada versus the People Problem in Canada

In this 2025 Canadian election, Maxime Bernier and the People’s Party of Canada have been entirely ‘Left’ out of the picture by the media. What’s surprising is that there are a significant number of people on the ‘Right’ who would also like to see Bernier left out of the picture. Most call themselves ‘conservatives.’

Apparently, Bernier and the PPC represent some kind of threat to both groups.

Suffering from political derangement syndromes like the myths of ‘splitting the vote,’ or the ‘wasted vote’ delusion, this latter group of voters who see themselves on the Right comprise a major part of what can best be termed as the ‘People Problem in Canada.’

Steeped in sheer ignorance, this group can best be seen as NPCs, ‘non-player-characters’, the mindless zombies who are reacting to a false stimulus (like a fear of Mark Carney), instead of acting on reason or principle. Continue reading »

Having witnessed the political party machinations in Canada on both the provincial and federal level, it should not be surprising that there have been calls to reduce the influence of political parties.

Operating on the principles of a British parliamentary system, Ontario’s Doug Ford, after having won a two-week February snap election called on a whim, has since made an utter fool of himself attempting to beat US president Donald Trump in a tariff war. Meanwhile, Mark Carney, now Canada’s Prime Minister, was never elected to office and is an open advocate of globalism and an opponent of Canadian sovereignty.

With only 19% of Ontario’s eligible voters giving Doug Ford’s Progressive Conservative Party a majority government, and with zero voters on the federal level having elected Mark Carney, some might be asking whatever happened to the ‘democratic’ principle of ‘we the people’?

In Canada, there is one federal party that has addressed this question head-on in its very name: the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) under the leadership of Maxime Bernier. Continue reading »

Fresh on the heels of Ontario’s hit-and-run provincial election, Canadians are now preparing for a federal election in which the major contenders are expected to be the Liberal Party’s Mark Carney and the Conservative Party’s Pierre Poilievre.

Both support Canada’s involvement in the Ukraine war, the ideology of climate change, and getting into a trade war with America. Each party supported the recent mandatory Covid lockdowns and injections; each party continues to support various trade restrictions and monopolies within the country. And so much more.

So where can Canadian voters turn for a political option that does not force them to fund and support these unconscionable and irrational policies? In Canada there is one clear choice: the People’s Party of Canada, which under the leadership of Maxime Bernier and his army of PPC candidates, is bringing that choice to ridings across Canada.

One such candidate is our guest Peyman Askari, whose personal journey from what he calls a “Leftist cult” eventually steered him towards the People’s Party of Canada. In sharing his story, Peyman speaks freely about his own observations regarding the state of politics in Canada.

Though low in the polls during its early history, a new political party like the PPC must stand at the ready, says Peyman. It must “always be on the starting line… to take advantage of unpredictable white swan events.”

On the contentious matter of becoming a 51st state, Peyman suggests that this would not be a good idea for Canada: “We have to get there on our own.”

As a 51st state, Canadians would be spared the effort of gaining any new found freedoms, and so would never value their freedom in the same way that those who fought for freedom do. As an entitlement, freedom is little appreciated. As a value, freedom is cherished and becomes the defining point of a nation’s culture.

That’s why for Canadians, ‘earning’ their freedom is how to do it in a way that is Just Right.

Justin Trudeau has claimed that “there is no core identity, no mainstream in Canada” and that Canada is the world’s “first post-national state.” This, of course, was wishful thinking on the part of the Liberal Prime Minister, who also claimed that “Canada works better when there are Quebecers running it because we’ve got a sense of the whole country.” This inflated sense of importance and narcissistic attitude contradicts Canada’s long history of Western, primarily British, values of classical liberalism.

Trudeau’s attempt to undermine Canadian culture is seen by some as part of broader efforts by globalists and socialists like him who seek to erode our history and spirit. Some Canadians, repulsed by such efforts, have banded together to reclaim Canada’s proud heritage as a country that respected individual rights and fostered economic prosperity. One such organization is Canadian Citizens for Charter Rights and Freedoms (C3RF), co-founded and presided over by Major Russ Cooper (Ret’d).

There’s more to all the talk about Canada becoming a 51st state of America than most people suspect; Canada’s demise is self-inflicted, and on its current path, is inevitable.

Whether or not one believes that Canada’s becoming a 51st state of America is a serious proposition, the underlying realities that make it possible to even entertain such a discussion do not bode well for Canada.

The survival of Canada as a nation has long been dubious. Between Canada’s Western provinces and the province of Quebec, separation from the rest of Canada has always been threatened. Why? Because the federal government had in some way interfered with the promised jurisdictional authority of the provinces.

Worse, Canadians themselves have long self-defined as ‘not’ being American, a rather meaningless identity given that citizens of all nations outside the United States are also not American. 900 – Ontario’s hit-and-run election—driven by a Ford | Paul McKeever

In a discussion that transcends its provincial boundaries, Freedom Party of Ontario leader Paul McKeever once again joins us to discuss some uncomfortable truths about voters and the democratic process itself.

“It’s a dark time in Ontario,” says Paul, in anticipation of a new round of ’emergency’ declarations following Ontario’s February 27 snap election, both on the provincial and federal levels. But never has there been such a glaringly anti-democratic Ontario election as the current hit-and-run election driven by a Ford: Doug Ford, the Premier of Ontario.

In Ontario, the electoral process has become entirely corrupt. Early voting is both permitted and encouraged even before nominations are closed and candidates have been selected. Ford has demonstrated that general elections can be called on a whim, in contravention of the Election Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004. Elections Ontario, which administers Ontario elections and regulates officially-registered political parties, has in the past refused to place a fully-qualified and nominated Freedom Party candidate on the ballot in his riding. Again, rules don’t matter.

Our review of election feedback received by Freedom Party since the dropping of the writ on January 29 demonstrates that most voters, lobby groups, and the media are completely disconnected from any issues relevant to Ontario provincial politics. Even Doug Ford, in threatening to restrict trade and impose tariffs on America, is oblivious to the fact that such actions are not open to him given that they fall exclusively within federal jurisdiction. 899 – An Ignoble Truth—about the Noble Lie

In our second discussion with Salim Mansur relating to the history and ideas behind ‘neoconservatism,’ we find ourselves once again confronted with the Noble Lie: the belief that some people (the ‘elites’) are endowed with a natural right to rule other people (the masses).

In stark contrast to the principles upon which America was founded (and to the expression of these principles in the American Constitution), the various ‘noble lies’ that slowly crept into the American consciousness resulted in what Salim calls the ‘warping’ of America’s culture.

Among the manifestations assumed by the Noble Lie was one called the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), a foreign policy initiative calling for America’s ‘Full Spectrum dominance’ to rule the nations and resources of the entire world.

Selling that idea to the American people, in a nation conditioned never to go abroad ‘looking for monsters to slay,’ became a fait accompli with American acceptance of the twin myths of ‘American exceptionalism’ and of a ‘chosen people’. Indeed, the establishment of the state of Israel, largely supported by Christian Zionists in the ‘bible belt’ of America, became another justification for America’s going abroad looking for ‘monsters to slay.’ Continue reading »

With voters in the province of Ontario headed to the polls on February 27, our guest Freedom Party of Ontario leader Paul McKeever explains why Ontario’s snap election -called by Progressive Conservative Premier Doug Ford – is illegal and unjustifiable.

Upon first hearing rumors of an early election being discussed back in January, Paul published and distributed an open letter to call upon MPPs and others to oppose Doug Ford’s snap election bid. In that letter, he cited the Election Statute Law Amendment Act, 2004, and wrote: “I urge Ontario MPPs once again openly and strenuously to oppose – in the name of preserving the democratic rights of all Ontarians – Doug Ford’s anti-democratic plan to hold a general election before the June 2026 date that already is fixed by law.”

By no means is the abuse of democratic process something unique to Ontario; it reflects the disturbing anti-democratic zeitgeist that has gripped Western nations as never before.

Doug Ford’s justification for calling the early election borders on the psychotic. He does not even have the jurisdiction or authority to carry out any of his tariff and trade restriction threats, and his only provincially mandated course of action is to spend taxpayer money without being held accountable for the irresponsible way in which it is being spent. With a pending Canadian federal election just around the corner, we continue our January 15 preview conversation with PPC leader Maxime Bernier with a deeper focus on some of the specific policies that the PPC will be bringing to the Canadian electorate.

Significantly, Maxime Bernier and the People’s Party of Canada have of late been garnering the attention of the broader international community, which is not only becoming aware that Bernier exists, but that Poilievre may not be Canada’s ideal alternative to the Trudeau regime. Moreover, it is becoming clear that there are many similar patterns of election interference and corruption targeting Maxime’s election campaign that echo the experience of many Western nations.

After all, silencing voices of reason and common sense is a necessary objective of all those who promote Leftist ideologies and policies. That’s why the rules keep changing to keep Maxime Bernier out of the leaders’ debate in the upcoming election.

Small wonder. Just about everything that Bernier and the PPC stand for is the polar opposite of the entrenched Canadian establishment.

Neoconservatism Part II — The Power Elite

Millions have died or suffered as a result of conflicts associated with the neoconservative ideas which have shaped American foreign policy. To understand and critique these policies effectively, it is crucial to examine the background and motivations of neoconservatives.

In Part II of our discussion on neoconservatism, we examine how, growing up in the United States as descendants of Eastern European Jewish immigrants, neocons have spent the last half-century weaving a network of allies. According to their own writings from the Project for the New American Century, their mission is to enforce a global “democratic” hegemony, with the United States at the helm and Israel as a key ally.

Fueled by the ancestral memory of exclusion—physically in the ghettos of Czarist Russia’s Pale of Settlement and ideologically by Stalinist Russia, which rejected the international communism of Leon Trotsky (né Lev Davidovich Bronstein)—these neoconservatives, whose ideas are neither “new” nor “conservative,” have banded together in a sort of loose coalition to address their historical grievances.

Their instrument of vengeance is the imposition of “democracy” worldwide however ironic that might seem. To this end, they’ve barnacled themselves to the Republican Party, despite their ideological leanings being more aligned with the Democratic Party—a party associated with racial elitism and a form of unfettered democracy, which contradicts the foundational principles of the American Republic. They propagate the false notion that only a democratic world, reminiscent of Trotsky’s globalist vision, can be truly just and good, a vision to be realized through the might of the American military-industrial complex.

While it seems that most neoconservatives have moved away from traditional religious affiliations, they maintain, perhaps subconsciously as a result of their culture, that they have been chosen to guide world affairs. This perverse belief can be likened to Plato’s “Noble Lie,” suggesting that leadership should be reserved for those considered inherently superior.

With the inauguration of Donald Trump as America’s 47th president, the stage has been set for the next round of conflict between America’s Left and Right. On the heels of America’s possibly worst administration ever, one might argue that there’s no place to go but up, but this would be shortchanging the Trump agenda.

Simply repairing the damage done by the Left is far from the ultimate objective of Trump’s agenda, which seeks to soar America to new heights – so high in fact, that planning to send American astronauts to the planet Mars is among the goals.

Meanwhile, back on earth, one of Trump’s most significant announcements concerns his intention to reinstate those members of the military who refused to take the Covid vaccines – with full back pay. Not only is this an unprecedented act of justice, it also sends a clear message about where Trump stands on the vaccine issue today – especially considering that he now has Robert F Kennedy Jr on his side as well.

And though not mentioned in his inauguration speech, Trump has already followed through on his previous commitment to pardon the ‘January 6’ political prisoners, as well as to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO). 895 – Trumping Trudeau—the art of Trump’s deal with Canada | Maxime Bernier

As America’s Donald Trump again prepares to lead his nation, Justin Trudeau finally prepares to end his disgraceful rule of Canada. Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC), asserts that history will judge Justin Trudeau as Canada’s worst Prime Minister ever.

Meanwhile, south of Canada’s border, the state of California has been experiencing a fire that is far less the consequence of nature than the consequence of political ideology. Simultaneously, Donald Trump is about to take the helm of a nation that is also on political fire from coast-to-coast, making the California fires a perfect metaphor for what he’s up against.

On top of Trump’s domestic priority list is the issue of illegal immigration and Canada has come to be seen as a major problem in this regard.

Given Trump’s threats to impose high tariffs on Canada, plus his jokingly suggesting that Canada become the 51st state in the union, Canadian reactions have spanned a spectrum of differing views. Maxime Bernier responds to Trump’s tariff threats

Robert Vaughan sat down with Maxime Bernier to discuss President Trump’s threat to impose a 25% tariff on Canadian goods crossing the border. Maxime Bernier states that the economic policies of the People’s Party of Canada would diffuse President Trump’s protectionist rhetoric, leading to more amicable negotiations and a deal beneficial to both nations.

The PPC’s policies, if implemented, would eliminate supply management, end all subsidies on lumber, oil, and gas, and dismantle the dairy cartel. These issues, according to Trump’s resent remarks, are the main stumbling blocks to freer trade with the United States. A zero-percent inflation target, also a PPC policy, would make Canada more competitive by stabilizing the purchasing power of the Canadian dollar.

Bernier also noted that before achieving freer trade with the US, Canada should remove inter-provincial barriers to trade, which increase the domestic cost of goods. He emphasized that it’s a matter of putting our own house in order before criticizing the trade practices of another country.

Also in this presentation Bernier gives a quick and blistering critique of the legacy of the Trudeau government now that Trudeau has announced his resignation.

894 – Mind of State—Neoconservatism’s Noble Lie

“Neoconservatism is not an ideology; it is a state of mind,” asserts Salim Mansur – a state of mind ultimately based on the myth of the “Noble Lie.”

Tellingly, both of these terms – ‘neoconservatism’ and the ‘Noble Lie’ – are unknown to most people. While the latter originates with the early philosophers like Plato and Aristotle, the former is a legacy of 20th century world history.

Essentially, neoconservatism is based on the ‘Noble Lie’ that some people (the ‘elites’) are endowed with a natural right to rule other people (the masses). As such, it is an attitude of the Left, and is perfectly consistent with the teachings and practice of Marxism.

Turning lies into some kind of ‘noble’ virtue is a necessity for all groups and ideologies of the Left, for the simple reason that Leftist ideas are not noble in any respect; they do not correspond to reality or to reason. That’s why the consequences of their actions are so consistently destructive to humanity.

Professor Salim Mansur of Western University provides us with a master class on neoconservatism, tracing its roots back to the influx of Eastern Europeans into the American cultural matrix during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He examines how many of these newcomers and their descendants came to influence U.S. foreign policy, transforming it from the isolationist and benign approach intended by the Founding Fathers to one that is interventionist and belligerent.

Picture a dystopian future following a global nuclear holocaust in which the world’s inhabitants have fled to underground facilities where all the humans are sleeping in pods, living virtual lives in an A.I. generated unreality.

If this theme sounds vaguely familiar, it should. It was the film The Matrix that was the inspiration for the novel “All the Humans are Sleeping,” according to its author and our guest John C.A. Manley.

What does it mean to be ‘human’? At the heart of this question lies the theme, plot, and philosophy of John’s novel. Are we mere intellects, able to exist separately from our biological bodies? Or is being human both an intellectual and physical enterprise?

It’s not as if these questions have not plagued humanity throughout its existence; how one perceives the nature of humans lies at the core of everything that an individual believes to how he behaves. Continue reading »

892 – Drones—deadly danger or devious distraction?

All around the world, people have been observing and recording sightings of lights in the sky that have for the most part been identified as large drones. In considering whether drones pose a deadly danger or are just a devious distraction, the real question being asked is: Who controls them?

Most of the attention has focused on the New Jersey town of Mendham, whose mayor Christine Glassner has personally witnessed the drones. Above all, she warns against any attempts to shoot them down, citing the possibility that the drones could be carrying a payload of explosives, chemicals, or other dangerous weaponry.

Meanwhile, ex-FBI agent John DeSouza calls the drones “LSDs” (Large Superweapon Drones) suggesting that they are capable of emitting electro-magnetic pulses (EMPs) and can deactivate drones and planes approaching them.

Most ominously, he predicts that all this activity is working up to some kind of “mass casualty event.” He suggests that this could manifest itself in a single catastrophic event or be a “slow kill,” not unlike the strategy employed during the Covid pandemic. Upon witnessing the caliber of Canadian politicians and bureaucrats in action, it’s not hard to see why Canada has become so corrupt.

For all its claims to the contrary, Canada has become an explicitly racist, sexist, and fascist state, made so by decades of political corruption that was never addressed or rectified.

On the municipal and provincial levels, we are witness to the town of Wainfleet Ontario‘s council stealing the money and property of its own municipal taxpayers through the use of arbitrary fines.

Meanwhile, the town of Emo Ontario has been fined by an Ontario Human Rights tribunal for failing to fly a gay pride flag.

And on the federal level, Canadian podcaster Lauren Southern has been threatened and harassed for expressing her views by Canada’s fascist Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security. Continue reading »

890 – Left or Right? It’s about time we got it Right!

Many on the Right have recently found themselves questioning whether or not those on the Left are literally suffering from some kind of mental illness. In making this observation, Montreal litigator turned YouTuber David Freiheit recently said “I’m trying not to think along the terms of Left versus Right,” yet nevertheless was compelled to do exactly that. “Something is broken about a Leftie brain,” he concluded.

And he was essentially correct, though not for the reason he suspects. What is ‘broken’ in a ‘Leftie’s brain’ is the Left’s epistemology, which consists of a litany of false definitions, contradictions in logic, and an explicit rejection of reality. This mindset originates from the ‘Primacy of Consciousness,’ a way of thinking which holds that reality has no independent existence and is a product of consciousness.

No different than a computer programmed with corrupt software, those on the Left have been programmed by a ‘garbage-in-garbage-out’ political language and ideology that does not correspond to reality. Consequently, more and more rational people are beginning to realize that the Left and Right are much more widely polarized along fundamental principles than previously believed.

Of course, the fundamental flaw in the long believed-in ‘political spectrum’ is that, with Communism on the Left and Fascism falsely represented as the Right, freedom and capitalism were nowhere to be found. But both in theory and practice, fascism belongs on the Left along with its other collectivist ideologies. Freedom belongs on the Right. This is a polarity, not a spectrum. Continue reading »

889 – Trump’s mandate—to rein in the rogue state

Trump’s electoral victory should not be seen as a mission accomplished. His mission is just beginning.

“Trump has to be able to put people like those in Operation Crossfire in jail,” suggests Salim Mansur. “Unless he can do that, there will be no accounting and no future American will be safe.”

Salim describes MAGA (Make America Great Again) as a movement dedicated to restoring America to its constitutional roots. It’s a simple objective, but comes with a tremendously complex array of issues that must be addressed individually.

Those issues include America’s immigration crisis, the state of the economy, free trade and tariffs, health care, the de-weaponization of the Justice Department, and of course, the broader challenge of ‘draining the swamp,’ to name but a few.

In our review of each of these issues, we must be able to both appreciate the positive developments that have arisen as a consequence of Trump’s election, and be aware of the very real dangers associated with Trump’s coming agenda. Continue reading »

Whether or not he is capable of delivering on those promises depends on several factors, including how palatable they may be to the House and Senate, how boldly Trump wields the power he holds as Chief Executive, and the character of those he appoints to his cabinet and inner circle as advisors.

To Make America Great Again, Trump’s greatest ally, however, won’t be in his cabinet or in Congress; it will be the United States Constitution and the principles upon which that great republic was founded.

888 – Reverse polarity—Righting the political compass

Those who believe that Left and Right no longer matter in politics are victims of what Dinesh D’Souza calls the Big Lie. The consequence of a Leftist propaganda campaign following World War II, what has most popularly been recognized as the ‘political spectrum’ is in fact a political fiction that has succeeded in crippling the Right – and its ability to counter the Left.

This fictional ‘political spectrum’ places communism on the Left and fascism on the Right. Nowhere on this ‘spectrum’ is there any point or position for the political conditions of freedom and capitalism.

Since the Right represents freedom, in contrast to the Left representing tyranny, getting the world to associate the Right with fascism instead of freedom was a propaganda victory that paved the way for the Left’s ascendancy. It not only robbed the Right of its political identity, it destroyed the natural polarity of politics by placing a single polarity of tyranny at each end of a so-called ‘spectrum.’

Today, many on the Right, when labeled ‘far right’ ‘extreme right’ or the like, cower in fear and shame rather than accept being so labeled as something to be proud of. Continue reading »
