So says Canadian Constitutional lawyer Rocco Gilati,<\/strong> who on behalf of a number of plaintiffs, has filed a constitutional challenge in the Ontario Superior Court,<\/strong> seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against the COVID-19 measures.<\/p>\n

\nDr. David Williams,<\/strong> Ontario Chief Medical officer
\nChristine Elliot,<\/strong> Ontario Minister of Health and Long Term Care
\nStephen Lecce,<\/strong> Ontario Minister of Education
\nJohn Tory,<\/strong> Mayor of the City of Toronto
\nDr. Eileen De Villa,<\/strong> Toronto Chief Medical Officer
\nThe Canadian Broadcasting Corporation <\/strong>(CBC)

\nDeclaratory relief refers to a court judgment that determines the rights of parties without ordering anything be done or awarding damages. Injunctive relief is a court order for the defendant to stop a specified act or behavior.<\/p>\n

The latest government policies requiring the mandatory wearing of masks are no longer about COVID-19, but about fascist political authorities demanding our submission.<\/p>\n

Getting declaratory and injunctive relief would be a step in the right direction. But given the enormity of the damage caused by their direct actions, if the people listed above were to find themselves all charged with high crimes and treason, that would be Just Right by us.<\/p>\n
