Despite political claims to the contrary, the \u2018science\u2019 has never been \u2018settled\u2019 on the contentious issue of \u2018climate change,\u2019 <\/strong>formerly known as \u2018global warming.\u2019 It never will be, as long as the climate keeps changing, which it will.<\/p>\n

The belief that our planetary climate can be kept \u2018un-changed\u2019 by means of various carbon tax schemes<\/strong> is practically the definition of \u2018irrational\u2019 \u2013 and that\u2019s why we\u2019ve called this belief the Climate Derangement Syndrome<\/strong> (CDS). <\/p>\n

Only a social affliction, like the \u2018emotional plague\u2019 described by Wilhelm Reich in his Mass Psychology of Fascism<\/em>, or a completely sinister agenda<\/strong> masquerading behind a veil of false virtue signaling, could possibly explain such an irrational belief in objective terms.<\/p>\n

One cannot help but notice that sufferers of CDS continually focus their attention on the political climate while pretending to be concerned with the planetary climate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ignorance <\/strong>of the science or mathematics behind planetary climate change is one of the primary symptoms of CDS. Dismissal of those who dissent is accompanied by blind acceptance of scientific \u2018authorities\u2019 and \u2018majorities\u2019 that do not exist.<\/p>\n

What we do know about climate change is quite unsettling to the \u2018settled\u2019 science behind Climate Derangement Syndrome. One single fact \u2013 that carbon dioxide is not a pollutant<\/strong> \u2013 is alone capable of curing the disease.<\/p>\n

But acknowledgement of that fact would destroy the Left\u2019s political weapon \u2013 one aimed at changing the political climate, not the planetary climate.<\/p>\n

Thus, one could go on and on with a litany of scientific facts contradicting the \u2018settled science,\u2019 but it would be of little value in protecting oneself from contracting CDS via political injection.<\/p>\n

Since scientific facts aren\u2019t even raised or debated by the Left in its moral attacks on capitalism and freedom,<\/strong> the only way to inoculate oneself against CDS is with a moral vaccine that is Just Right.<\/p>\n
