882 – Singing to end the reign (of tyranny)—with more music that’s Just Right

“It’s culture” say many reacting to the flood of musical memes based on Donald Trump’s “Eating-the-dogs-eating-the-cats” refrain.

In this, our fourth venture into the culture of ‘Music that’s Just Right,’ the significance of the memes have forced us to feature several versions, attesting to a musical phenomenon that is unprecedented. With the American election only a few weeks away, their significance is all the more heightened.

It is remarkable how creative and well-performed so many of these memes are. Even more remarkable is that they are being created at all. For Donald Trump, this represents a massive cultural re-alignment, once again demonstrating the principle that “politics is downstream from culture.”

Of course, our musical spotlight today extends beyond the current “Eating-the-dogs-eating-the-cats” phenomenon. Also featured are several musical voices for freedom from other eras in the history of Western culture. These yet again demonstrate another principle – that history repeats, and that the struggle for freedom is eternal and demands eternal vigilance.

Sometimes that vigilance takes the form of music that’s Just Right.

881 – The politics of abortion: Rights versus Status

The issue of ‘abortion’ has once again been thrust into the political arena. America’s Democratic Party has practically become a ‘single issue party’ campaigning for ‘abortion rights’ extending from conception to birth – and beyond.

Yet, it has long been understood that ‘abortion’ – as a political issue – is unresolvable in terms of satisfying a voting majority, which is why most political parties wisely avoid raising it. Some believe that abortion should be banned outright, others at various stages during a pregnancy, and still others are supportive of abortion up to and ‘after birth.’

By pushing the abortion issue into the political arena, Democrats have successfully forced their opponents to address the issue, a tactic that tends to reveal weakness and division among those on the Right.

For example, Trump has been celebrated by the Right for having reversed Roe vs Wade, thus returning the jurisdiction over abortion back to the individual states, as per the American Constitution. On the other hand, many on the Right were outraged by Melania Trump’s recent publicized support of a woman’s right to an abortion.

And in Canada the new ‘right wing’ Unity Party of Canada has formed to compete specifically with the People’s Party of Canada with whom it shares many policy initiatives, save for the issue of ‘abortion.’ (Not exactly what one might expect from a party promoting ‘unity.’) Continue reading »

So asserts Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC), whose recent appearance in London Ontario afforded us an opportunity to personally get together to discuss some of the major issues facing Canadians (and most of the Western nations as well).

For those still unfamiliar with Bernier and the PPC, our broadcast today offers information and insights you’ll never hear in the corporate mainstream media. It is ironic indeed that a political party called the ‘Democratic’ Party should be so fundamentally anti-democratic. It has reached the point where Democrats believe that murder, violence and hatred are completely acceptable in the arena of politics and elections. And they brag about it.

In calling for the assassination of Donald Trump, Democrats and others on the Left (which includes many ‘conservatives’ and RINOs) are demonstrating their utter contempt for the democratic process – and for the majority of Americans. Yet they hypocritically accuse Trump of being ‘a threat to democracy.’

Those on the Right who do not believe in murder and violence as a means to achieve an electoral or political victory must resolve the problem of how to possibly defeat an armed and deadly sociopathic political ideology by peaceful means. This is made all the more difficult because those on the Right are handicapped by their own principles and sense of morality. For peacefully working hard to ensure that future American elections will result in accurate and valid vote counts, Democrats and the Left accuse them of ‘insurrection’ and threatening democracy! 878 – CATastrophic developments in Springfield Ohio

“They’re eating the cats…” With those words, Donald Trump unleashed a veritable cultural revolution and stole the show that was masquerading as a presidential candidates’ debate. It was a stroke of genius, unrecognized by the vast majority of commentators, bloggers, and podcasters, including many on the Right.

In assessing who ‘won the debate’ held on September 10, very few took the big picture view. Many were impressed by Kamala Harris’ aggressive demeanor as she spewed a torrent of demonstrable lies, while interpreting Trump’s low-key demeanor and his ‘cat comments’ as evidence of Kamala’s victory in the debate.

Given the overwhelming – and continuing – public response to Trump’s declaration that “They’re eating the cats,” there can now be no doubt that Trump was the clear winner of the debate. The world’s attention turned to Springfield Ohio where the problem of mass immigration could be seen on a level understandable to the average person on the street. It is to this demographic – the NPCs – that Trump’s ‘cat’ comment most appealed. Continue reading »

877 – Trump’s political play—for the NPCs of politics

The term ‘Non Player Character’ (NPC) is widely understood to refer to those characters in a video game who are not controlled by a player, but are pre-programmed automated features of the game. In the world of politics, NPCs are voters who automatically follow the herd, without considering the fundamental principles or issues behind a given election in which they are voting. In other words, most voters.

Also referred to as ‘low information voters,’ NPCs have correctly come to be seen by many as a significant cause of America’s radical drift to the Left. But the problem is not the fact that NPCs exist and participate in the electoral process; it is that they tend to vote Left by default.

For those on the Right, it is tempting to want to correct the voting ‘process’ in the hopes that this will halt or reverse the slide into tyranny. To be sure, having an honest voting process is a positive and necessary objective, but it must never be forgotten that whether we get ‘good’ government or whether we get ‘bad’ government depends on the people and parties we elect.

Complicating matters is the fact that electoral politics by its nature compels the voter to vote for a ‘person,’ not necessarily for an idea, ideology, or policy. That’s why during political campaigns, politicians tend to attack the messengers rather than the messages. For the NPCs in the political herd, politics is thus reduced to a cult of personalities devoid of issues or substance. Continue reading »
