“You must use your words, your ideas, as your weapon. It’s a war. It’s a cultural war. It’s an ideological war. And to win that war we need to speak out – use our words as our weapon. They’re very powerful.”
So asserts Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC), whose recent appearance in London Ontario afforded us an opportunity to personally get together to discuss some of the major issues facing Canadians (and most of the Western nations as well).
For those still unfamiliar with Bernier and the PPC, our broadcast today offers information and insights you’ll never hear in the corporate mainstream media. Listen in on Maxime’s address to his audience; note how he fearlessly and knowledgably responds to tough and uncomfortable questions during Q&A sessions.
In particular, we enjoyed how he responded to our suggestion that he is Canada’s ‘Donald Trump,’ and to the significance of Trump’s recent comments about “eating the cats and eating the dogs.”
Founded on the principles of “individual freedom, personal responsibility, fairness, and respect” the PPC under Maxime Bernier has held true to those ideals since its founding in 2018.
Bernier is well aware of the PPC’s current electoral status, acknowledging that half of Canadian voters still have never heard of the PPC, and that it will be some time yet before the party exceeds its single digit vote percentages. His strategy in addressing these challenges consists, curiously enough, not of promoting the party, but of first creating an awareness of the key issues found in the PPC’s platform.
Insisting that PPC candidates should always stick to principle and not be influenced by polls, Maxime is fully committed to “doing politics differently” based on the greater principle that in the end, “truth always wins.”
However you cut it, for those yearning to live in a free, democratic, and prosperous Canada, Bernier projects the leadership qualities that are Just Right.
