823 – Representative misrepresentation—the language and rhetoric of politics

The latest round of indictments against Donald Trump is so absurd, and the accusations so demonstrably false, that one must wonder about the state of mind that that could be driving them.

Why Trump’s insistence that the last federal election was stolen should even be a concern to his accusers is a question that can only be understood in light of their terror. So desperate are they to make some kind of case against Trump, that their argument has now boiled down to an absurd assertion that their “case could hinge on whether he believed his lies.”

With political rhetoric like “You can put all kinds of whipped cream on manure, and it’s still manure” used to justify their charges against Trump, you can smell the crap on which such arguments are piled. The “manure” in question, of course, is the fact of the stolen election – called “lies” by Trump’s accusers.

Fascinatingly, the case has once again forced the spotlight on the violent nature of the Left in contrast to the peaceful nature of the Right. “Violence is only the domain of the Left,” Stew Peters correctly observed in his assessment of the January 6 “uprising” for which Trump is being blamed. Along with the violence, Leftist politicians rely on misrepresenting their legitimacy as democratic representatives, which is essentially what their whole case against Trump is all about.

In projecting all of their electoral evils and crimes on to Trump, the Left has found itself resorting to the manipulation of language and rhetoric calculated to justify unprecedented and outrageous assertions. They, not Trump, have forced the long existing polarization of America’s politics to surface, and that is a good thing because now more are able to see the true nature of the binary choice before them.

Those on the Left who condemn Trump for being a “polarizing” figure are mistaken in their condemnation, but Just Right about the fact that Trump represents their polar opposite.

822 – UFO disclosures—alien threat or earthly distraction?

In light of the recent UFO disclosure hearings before the US congress, it is interesting to observe that debate over the UFO phenomenon is as divisive as any of the current political conflicts have been.

More alarmingly, the controversies surrounding UFO disclosures possess many parallels to the controversies regarding everything from the war in Ukraine to fighting climate change.

If ever there was an issue that exposes the willingness or unwillingness of people to accept a narrative purported to be true, it is the alienated issue of UFOs (unidentified flying objects) and the implications of extraterrestrial intelligent life capable of advanced technology.

It’s a polarizing prospect. The nature of the issue forces a binary choice upon those hearing such narratives. Believe. Disbelieve.

Those who claim to maintain an “open mind” on the subject are often permanent skeptics rarely open about what evidence or testimony would sway them one way or the other. By default, this puts them in the “disbelieve” camp since in this context there are no third options. Alien agnosticism still means that the alien proposition has not been accepted.

For most earth-bound human beings any serious discussion about aliens and UFOs is a discussion also alien to the daily concerns of their lives. On the other hand, for those fascinated with the topic and convinced that its implications are profound, the broader lack of interest in so grand a revelation can be both frustrating and infuriating.

When it comes to UFO disclosures, many appear to be anticipating some kind of public reaction that’s Just Right, when in fact there may be no such thing.

821 – Democracy reconsidered—in the light of freedom

The manipulation of language and definitions is the primary tool of state control and tyranny. Arbitrarily replacing established definitions with anti-concepts makes for effective propaganda. The words “democracy” and “freedom” are perhaps two of the most manipulated concepts in this regard.

For example, witness Joe Biden’s obsessive compulsion with “democracy,” by which he means tyranny and censorship. Then contrast Biden’s “democracy” with that of Tucker Carlson’s “democracy” – a society synonymous with freedom and in which freedom of speech is paramount.

Paradoxically, each view is valid depending on the context and specific application. The paradox lies in the fact that, like freedom, democracy is more a political “condition” than an established system of governance.

Just as freedom arises when governments protect their citizens’ right to life, liberty and property, so too democracy arises to the extent that “the people” become involved in the process of governance. However, unrestricted by the principles underlying freedom, democracy permits “the people” to violate each other’s rights to life, liberty and property – subject only to a “majority” vote.

Thus the debate over defining a nation’s political “condition” (freedom, democracy) and “form” (republics, constitutionally limited monarchies, etc) carries on without any firm resolution regarding the true nature of a democracy.

820 – Nuclear considerations—about war and peace | Salim Mansur

In his assessment of what has caused the West to morally degrade into a self-inflicted state of nihilism, our guest Salim Mansur cites two different “nuclear” developments, one concerning nuclear weapons, the other concerning the nuclear family.

“Developments” occur over time, and require both hindsight and foresight to be seen. This demands an understanding of history combined with philosophy, two disciplines that have been abandoned in the vacuum of today’s WOKE culture.

Disinterest in history is a symptom of a nihilistic society, explains Salim. As the West sits on the precipice of nuclear war, the question arises which of the two “nuclear” concerns is the greater – the explosion of a nuclear bomb, or the implosion of the nuclear family. As we learn, these two themes are very intertwined, representing both a consequence and a cause behind our culture of narcissism – a “death culture.”

Most significantly, unlike America’s opposition to the Vietnam war during a time when America imposed conscription, opposition to war in 2023 in relative terms does not exist (thanks to the fact that Richard Nixon ended the draft during his presidency). This would suggest that the so-called “protesters against war” were less against war itself than they were against being forced to participate in war.

As the popular 60s-era war protest song “Where have all the flowers gone?” lamented, it sadly appears that it may yet be some time off before the answer to that question is understood in a way that is Just Right.

The desire for peace is a bit like the desire to become rich and famous; both are ends, not means.

When President John F Kennedy delivered his June 10 1963 “Peace speech” at American University in Washington DC, he was promoting a means for peace that was in direct conflict with the ends of America’s military industrial complex. And this, suggests our guest Professor emeritus Salim Mansur, is what led to Kennedy’s eventual assassination: “The murder of Kennedy was a victory for the deep state.”

Kennedy’s speech was delivered sixty years ago, when America narrowly avoided a nuclear confrontation with Russia (the Soviet Union). Today in 2023 the same threat between the same two super-powers is being played out on the world stage for all to see.

However In retrospect, we now understand that in both cases America was the provocateur, given its earlier placement of nuclear missiles in Turkey and its current threat of doing the same in Ukraine. Small wonder that Salim believes “America has morphed into the leading rogue state in the world today,” and that John F Kennedy was a man “ahead of his time.”

With Kennedy’s assertion that “Peace and freedom walk together,” it was clear he understood the relationship between means and ends in a way that is Just Right.

Democracy and freedom of speech go hand in hand. Yet today, those preaching “democracy” the loudest are busy legislating censorship and state regulations against freedom of expression.

Canada has recently passed Bill C-18, the Online News Act, yet another nail in the legislated coffin of free speech in that country. The Act is designed to extort funds from social media platforms that feature Canadian news reports, and to distribute that money to state favored Canadian news propaganda outlets.

In response, Facebook and others chose to eliminate all Canadian news content from their platforms entirely. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau then announced that it was “extremely disappointing to see that Facebook continues to refuse to accepts its responsibility towards our democracies by refusing to pay the fair share for Canadians to get local news and independent, rigorous journalistic content.”

For Trudeau and the Left, a government enforced “responsibility towards our democracies” is also their official cause cited for everything from mandated lockdowns and vaccinations to fighting climate change and waging war against Russia.

More ominously, the Canadian government is planning to introduce an Online Safety Act allowing it to jail and/or fine those it considers guilty of disseminating “hate speech” or of spreading “misinformation” or “disinformation.” This is ironic, given that the Trudeau government itself routinely does these things as a matter of course.

For the Left, these terms are epistemological weapons used to justify the censorship of those who disagree with them. That’s why those who accuse others of hate speech are always those who “hate speech” that is Just Right.

As this year’s Canada Day (July 1) and Independence Day (July 4) approach, it is a tragedy that the freedoms once associated with these celebrations of nationhood no longer exist.

Canadians and Americans alike have found themselves living in a reign of tyranny – justified by fighting Covid and climate change, transgender ideology, racism, identity politics and a whole host of make-believe crisis’ created to hide the real crisis of tyranny itself.

One traditional way to protest tyranny has been to celebrate freedom through music and entertainment. We first featured our own sampling of voices “singing in the reign (of tyranny)” at the end of 2021; it is now mid 2023 and that tyranny still continues to reign.

Therefore in continuing the spirit of both protest and celebration, we are pleased to shower you with our second broadcast entirely dedicated to musical selections where the artists not only have something to “play” but something to “say” about the zeitgeist in which we live.

What better way to celebrate each country’s national heritage – of freedom – than with more music that’s Just Right.

816 – Proof—that ideas matter

Ideas matter. Those that are false can lead to tragic consequences while those that are valid can lead to great opportunities and well-being. But how can we reliably prove which are true and which are false?

In our search for truth, demanding “proof” for everything we know and experience in life is perhaps less an asset than a handicap caused by living in a scientific age. “Blinded by science” is a great expression describing an irrational demand for proof. It is also a good way to describe those who are fooled by demands that we “follow the science,” little realizing that the “science” they are actually following is “political science.”

Fortunately, the road to truth is less about requiring “proof” than it is about articulately and consistently expressing ourselves using ideas based on valid concepts and definitions. Armed with such concepts, it not only becomes much easier to identify the truth, but also easier to reveal those who would change and alter definitions to hide the truth. Such people know that truth is knowledge and knowledge is power.

Naturally, the power of truth represents a threat to those who maintain power through falsehoods and lies. For them, the best way to prevent people from discovering the truth is by controlling or prohibiting freedom of speech. And this is exactly what is being done.

When it comes to validating truth, the “proof” as they say, “is in the pudding.” History has demonstrated that freedom emerges when people express their ideas defined in a way that is Just Right, but the truth is that there’s no way to “prove” it – despite the evidence.

Being labeled “right wing extremist” still seems to paralyze many on the Right into submission – to the Left.

In reaction, some attempt to dismiss both political labels of Left and Right on the grounds that there are no distinguishing differences between Democrats and Republicans, long identified as being the Left and the Right. Unfortunately, in so doing they have blinded themselves to the enemy while also preventing themselves from using a valuable label in the war of ideas.

Yes, it is true that Democrats and Republicans are essentially the same – because both are on the Left (collectivism), not because the labels of Left and Right have become obsolete. In fact, these labels are needed more than ever before. It is ideas and ideologies that determine what is Left and Right, not political parties or organizations.

Left and Right represent opposite polarities on a political compass that is essential to pointing us in the Right direction towards individual freedom. The necessity of having such a political compass is beginning to dawn upon those involved in various political discussions. As they attempt to explain how we have “suddenly” found ourselves living under tyranny, they discover that all roads lead to the Left. However, they have not yet communicated that individualism and freedom are to be found exclusively on the Right.

The Left has long been operating on a well-organized ideology which, though irrational, has been successful for the lack of any effective rational ideology responding from the political Right. That’s because many on the Right have mistakenly dismissed ideology itself as simply being a manifestation of Leftist intellectual and moral dysfunction. For those on the Right, this is tragic because it is important for the Right to be seen as the polarity that represents an ideology based on reason. Continue reading »

With the debut of The Great Awakening, the Great conversation has expanded from an awakening about the tyranny into which we have been flung to an awakening about freedom denied.

Produced and narrated by filmmaker Mikki Willis, the documentary begins by using Canada as its “exhibit A” of tyranny. Highlighting Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s love of dictatorship and his contempt for Canadians and their freedom, the documentary offers Canada as a perfect example of what’s wrong with socialism.

Most significantly, the film challenges the legitimacy of the so-called political “spectrum,” arriving at the correct conclusion that the ultimate political polarity is the struggle between collectivism and individualism.

But “waking up” is just the first step on the road back to freedom. The real challenge ahead requires “staying awake” in the spirit of eternal vigilance.

One cannot awaken to the nature of tyranny in a vacuum. Tyranny is the condition that exists in opposition to the condition of freedom. And unless freedom is understood in a way that is Just Right, tyranny will continue to triumph for the lack of freedom’s being seen.

Putin’s recent warning against the destructive path taken by the Western nations was not the kind one would expect from an enemy, but rather, from a friend.

Citing his country’s experience with its own WOKE ideology in 1917 – then called Marxism – Putin cautioned the Western nations not to repeat a similar history of crimes against humanity.

“We look in amazement…” he began, as he recited a litany of dangerous cultural trends emerging in the Western nations. Quoting the words of Martin Luther King, and lamenting the West’s abandonment of its great literature like Shakespeare to its adoption of racism and “cancel culture” in popular movies, Putin painted a picture of the West that reflected a truth that Western leaders dare not acknowledge.

It was a remarkable speech, given that it was presented in the middle of an all-out American proxy war being fought against Russia in Ukraine. Unlike America and NATO, who continually advocate the destruction of Russia and the overthrow of Putin, Putin himself responded to America’s hatred with an expression of love and deep concern.

And this approach appears consistent with reports that Putin is looking forward to seeing Donald Trump back in power in 2024.

Whatever the future, when it came to his analysis and critique of Western culture’s slide into tyranny, Putin was remarkably Just Right on every count.

812 – Alien to our experience—the UFO phenomenon

Comments Off on 812 – Alien to our experience—the UFO phenomenon
May 252023

On the heels of Tucker Carlson’s recent revelations about the UFO phenomenon – in particular the number of military deaths attributed to encounters with UFOs – it’s easy to understand his frustration when he asks: “How is this not a major story?”

Carlson says that the US government has known about UFOs (unidentified flying objects) since 1945 and earlier and has observed that the “federal government has been tracking this and lying about it.” Which pretty much explains why it hasn’t become a major story, and why he asserted that “the media are part of the control apparatus.”

The phenomenon of governments who lie to their citizens via the mainstream media has certainly become a recurrent theme spanning a myriad of issues and events. Fake news stories encompass Covid, climate change, “woke,” vaccines, the Ukraine conflict, the stolen American election, the state of public health care and the economy, the threat of nuclear war, and more.

In the face of these very serious issues, UFOs certainly seem to be an esoteric concern at best. But if even a fraction of what is now being revealed holds true, the implications could be enormous. And according to UFO documentarian James Fox, more revelations about the phenomenon are about to surface.

Significantly, both Fox and Carlson (and many others) are convinced that UFOs are crafts driven by non-human intelligence, and note that encounters with humans are on the increase particularly around military nuclear facilities. This has led to the theory that UFOs are really military advances in technology, a theory which emerging evidence seems to refute entirely.

It’s the stuff of which science fiction is made, perhaps suggesting that this form of art imitates life in more than subtle ways. Even so, for most of us, UFOs remain alien to our daily experiences.

Thankfully, this suggests that so far they do not appear to be an immediate threat or concern to humanity, despite the reported tragic deaths associated with specific encounters. But as humanity becomes a threat to itself, it appears that some UFO encounters have unexpectedly demonstrated what appears to be a concern for our well being.

When it comes to the UFO phenomenon, we may never arrive at a complete understanding of what is Just Right, but in light of recent revelations, it’s certainly becoming easier to eliminate the narratives that have been just wrong.

Donald Trump’s dynamic performance on CNN’s May 10 town hall event occurred in the shadow of a court jury’s finding of liability against him, relating to E Jean Carroll‘s claim that he “raped” her some decades ago. “I was not thrown on the ground and ravaged. This was not sexual,” she explained.

What makes Carroll’s delusional narrative significant is that any court of law would ever entertain such an obvious fabrication in the first place. Clearly a political tactic, it must not be forgotten that Trump is far from being the only high-profile personality subject to this kind of criminal use of the courts.

Perhaps the greater story confronting us is how the courts have become a weapon in the war of sexual politics. Tragically, the most egregious example of this was the recent experience of Bill Cosby which mirrored that of Trump’s. In both cases, the proceedings were corrupt to the core. Continue reading »

810 – Courting the cultural divide | Bruce Pardy

Comments Off on 810 – Courting the cultural divide | Bruce Pardy
May 112023

At a time when the tyranny of the administrative state has taken hold on most Western governments, the great danger in any current attempts to change laws or amend constitutions is that, because law reflects the culture, freedom will continue to be eroded instead of being valued and protected.

“Law is a product of culture,” observes our guest Bruce Pardy, Executive Director of Rights Probe who has recently testified before the National Citizen’s Inquiry. Given the current culture of tyranny, any amendments or changes to current laws or charters would tend to further restrict our rights and freedoms, not defend them.

Numerous failed court challenges to the mandated Covid lockdowns and injections have demonstrated that Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects neither rights nor freedom. Without recourse to a legal remedy to a violation of any given right, that right does not exist, warns Pardy.

By describing law as a political language that legitimizes politics, Pardy connects the dots between politics and the values of the culture on which its political policies are founded.

Recognizing that culture precedes politics, calling for a cultural remedy to cure the political disease may seem too abstract and difficult to achieve. But the cure is simple, even if not always quick and easy.

It takes the form of courageously speaking out with a voice of truth until truth becomes a fundamental value of the culture. After all, unless the culture is Just Right, its laws will never be so.

If the events of the past few years have demonstrated anything, it is how susceptible so many people are to suggestion. It is a phenomenon recently popularized and described by Mattias Desmet as mass formation, which he likened to a form of hypnotism.

This begs a few questions: are those so “hypnotized” unable to exercise their own free will, or do they give it up willingly? By what process are they so affected? How can one stay connected to reality?

One famous individual who understood the nature and effects of hypnotism was the late Peter Reveen, whose magical showmanship demonstrated the power of hypnosis for thousands attending his performances spanning decades.

There’s nothing magical or mystical about hypnotism. But its effect on those willing to be hypnotized is very real, and has therefore understandably attracted the attention of those whose agenda involves controlling others with the least amount of effort. History has clearly demonstrated the suggestive power of propaganda and the psychological operations that governments and covert organizations have unleashed upon an unsuspecting public.

By considering the shocking results provided by studies like the Milgram and the Solomon Asch experiments in the context of today’s dystopian zeitgeist, we can develop a deeper understanding about the power of individual suggestion and how it contributes to the mass psychology of fascism. It all boils down to the power of the human mind – to both create and to destroy.

By focusing our minds in a way that is Just Right, we can resist the flood of inappropriate suggestions calling for an end to free will and the conditions that allow for its exercise.

808 – Going Woke—for the good of evil

In the nebulous subjective fog of the floating abstraction referred to as “Woke culture,” arriving at anything close to an objective definition of “Woke” is an impossible task.

Some argue that the madness of “Woke” is a form of mental illness, or evil, or both. Given the movement’s utter disconnect from reality and reason, these perspectives are understandable.

After all, the “Woke” agenda encompasses the transgender ideology, the climate change ideology, the Covid ideology, the racist ideology of Black Lives Matter, the “words-are-violence” ideology of censorship, violent protest and threats against peaceful people, war mongering and hatred, and all things considered “democratic.”

The visible and outrageous denials of evidence and facts that can be witnessed by anyone may appear to be a form of mental illness, but it is much more; it is evidence of an evil movement dedicated to nihilism and the destruction of Western culture.

In 1947, Ludwig Von Mises warned: “It may happen that Fascism will be resurrected very soon under a new label and with new slogans and symbols. But if this happens, the consequences will be detrimental. For Fascism is not, as the Fascists trumped, a “new way to life,” it is a rather old way toward destruction and death.”

Today’s temporary label for Fascism is “Woke.” Its slogans include “Own nothing and be happy,” “Black lives matter,” “Build back better,” and a whole host of evil notions that its victims must not criticize.

One sure sign of an evil ideology is the demand that some kind of “sacrifice” be made for the “good of society.” Throughout history, every evil ideology from communism to fascism has called upon making “sacrifices” to correct some perceived social inequity.

In the end, these sacrifices never served the “good of society,” but turned out to be sacrifices for the “good of evil” – for the good of those calling for sacrifice in the first place.

The best way to understand “W.O.K.E.” in a way that is Just Right, is to treat it as an acronym for Worldwide Organized Killing Effort.

807 – Trans unreality versus the ultimate binary

Touted as an “International Day of Trans Visibility,” what was recently made visible to the entire world is that the so-called “Trans” community consists of mentally ill political activists utterly disconnected from reality.

Thanks to Chris Elston, otherwise known as “Billboard Chris,” the world was able to directly witness the violent behavior of “Trans-activists” as police, members of the media and the activists themselves, not only denied seeing the assaults, but accused the victims of violence instead of the perpetrators.

Trying to make sense out of visibly irrational behavior leaves many bewildered, frustrated, and even angry. But at the root of the division between those who perceive reality and those who do not lies the ultimate binary: the metaphysical foundation of human thought and thinking.

Philosophically identified as the conflict between the “primacy of consciousness” and the “primacy of existence,” Ayn Rand and Leonard Peikoff described that conflict in terms of how people perceive and understand existence (reality) itself. Continue reading »

The uncivilized and violent behavior of so-called “trans-activists” is a direct consequence of their conflict with reality itself. It’s not the people they attack that they hate; they hate themselves.

Unable to justify their thoughts, feelings or actions, they blame that inability on the reaction of rational individuals to their epistemological dysfunction. They are angry and frustrated because their concepts and definitions do not describe or define anything objective or real.

In terms of “gender identity,” reality dictates that there are only two sexes: male and female. Similarly, in terms of political identity, there are only two polarities: Left and Right.

Accurate definitions are the key to discovering what is real and what is truth. Reality can only be apprehended by using real definitions of real concepts that actually exist in nature – another way of describing reality. Continue reading »

“Unprecedented!” So say virtually all observers commenting on Donald Trump’s indictment and arraignment on charges of “falsifying business records.”

“Unprecedented” is an understatement. Given the context and greater narrative, a new vocabulary is called for. Perhaps a more focused question to ask is: Will Trump be “unpresidented” by the unprecedented events and developments we are seeing? How one answers that question depends on what one knows – or does not know.

“Knowledge precedes victory; ignorance precedes defeat” is the quote attributable to Sun Tzu in our show opener today. Having been described as the “personification of The Art of War” himself, it is fair to assume that Trump possesses knowledge and power that terrifies his foes. To understand why the deep state and the Left are so fearful of Trump, one has only to consider his political agenda that he has been making public at numerous political rallies and events.

Among his ten steps to “kill the deep state,” Trump plans to “declassify and publish documents on deep state spying, censorship, and corruption,” to “crackdown on (fake) news …and where possible, press criminal charges.” Continue reading »

804 – The people’s derivative—a call to action | Salim Mansur

Comments Off on 804 – The people’s derivative—a call to action | Salim Mansur
Mar 302023

In the wake of several consecutive years of unconscionable actions of our governments, our good friend and regular guest Salim Mansur has reached a point where he is now on a mission to turn democratic theory into practice. By proposing an addition to the preamble of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Salim’s proposal would transform a Charter that was written by politicians for politicians into a Charter that would be written for, and authorized by, the people.

Events of the past several years have dramatically exposed the illusionary nature of Canada’s Constitution with regard to the protections of the rights and freedom of its citizens.

The very name of the Charter reflects former Prime Minister Trudeau’s obsession with codifying otherwise inalienable rights and freedom into a list of “grants” disguised as “rights” along with a list of “freedoms” in the plural. Even the silhouettes of representative Canadians depicted on each side of the Canadian flag contribute to the illusion that the Charter is a document “for the people.”

To turn the Charter into a document written “for the people,” Salim makes a persuasive and compelling case for adding seven words to the preamble of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms: “…derived from the will of the people.”

Dictionaries define “derive” thusly: “to draw or receive, as from a source or principle,” while “derivative” is defined as “that which is derived.” In the context of a charter “derived from the will of the people,” that derivative is freedom itself. Conversely, the derivative of a charter written by politicians for politicians is tyranny.

Whether Salim’s proposal turns out to be the addition to Canada’s Charter preamble that’s Just Right for the people will ironically still depend upon the will of the people to exercise that will.

With the credentials and experience to challenge official narratives about fighting “climate change,” our guest Dr Matthew Wielicki offers us his insights into many of the emerging climate-related debates.

From the controversial “greenhouse gas” status of carbon dioxide to competing theories (biotic versus abiotic) regarding the origin of so-called fossil fuels, Dr Wielicki bridges apparent contradictions and misunderstandings with his own informed narrative. And, in explaining earth’s known climate history revealing that ice at the poles is not typical, he describes the Milankovitch cycles in a way that makes it easy to understand the presence of today’s polar ice caps.

It seems almost incomprehensible that politicians keep forcing us to fight “climate change” – a bizarre concept suggesting that climate should never change. Recall that “climate change” was the replacement term for “global warming” after it was observed that the ever-expected warming never seemed to materialize, and indeed, cooling trends were being observed.

Ironically, carbon dioxide still remains the official culprit behind all temperature “changes” – even though CO2 was exclusively linked to warming as a “greenhouse gas” and never with stability or cooling. In the face of such a glaring contradiction continuing to be used to “drive policy decisions” regarding climate, it is clear that our politicians have an agenda unrelated to climate.

It is only when one realizes that the real “climate change” at issue is our political climate, that one can appreciate official “climate change” narratives in a way that is Just Right.

When our guest Pastor Artur Pawlowski says that Canada’s police forces have been acting like the “Gestapo,” this is no overstatement or exaggeration. As he reminds us, the word “Gestapo” simply means “political police.”

That people associate this word with crimes against humanity and with totalitarianism and tyranny is reasonable and perfectly consistent with both the theory and practice behind political policing. Once a nation reaches the point where its politics requires policing, then you know without a doubt that the government in question does not have the consent of the governed. And that is the Canada of today.

Indeed, a brief description of the story behind the word “Gestapo,” as described in the Universal World Reference Encyclopedia (1955), reveals a great deal about political conditions in Canada today:

Gestapo: the Nazi secret police during the Hitler regime, 1933-1945. Gestapo is an abbreviation of “Geheime Staats-Polizei” or Secret State Police.

“Formed by Hermann Goering in 1933, it was later headed by Heinrich Himmler, who assumed control of all police organizations in 1936. Organized on military lines, the Gestapo had two military branches and one political. It was noted for its terrorism, brutality, and extra-judicial activities. Its members constituted a much-feared elite. The Allies declared it a criminal organization at the Nuremberg Trials in 1946.”

As we can see, while attributable to the Hitler regime, the word “Gestapo” has a very generic definition, aptly describing the function of its existence. It’s history also describes what Canada’s “much feared elite” did to Pastor Pawlowski. From engaging in “extra-judicial activities” to the employment of “terrorism and brutality,” Canadian politicians have turned Canada’s police forces into their own private Gestapo.

So when Artur Pawlowski uses the word “Gestapo” to describe his own personal experience and the state of tyranny in Canada today, he’s Just Right.

801 – Conservatively speaking | Maxime Bernier

In the wake of his unconscionable and unfounded public statement alleging that European Parliamentarian Christine Anderson‘s views are racist and hateful, Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) leader Pierre Poilievre effectively demonstrated that his is a party of the Left.

The mere fact of resorting to name calling and brandishing the collectivist label of “racist” against a principled politician visiting Canada from abroad – without having a shred of evidence or grounds to make such a statement – is a hallmark tactic of the Left.
As was the public rebuke of his three CPC members of parliament who dared to associate with Anderson.

In stark contrast to the actions of Poilievre, our guest Maxime Bernier has openly welcomed hearing what Christine Anderson has to say. As an advocate of freedom and an enemy of tyranny, Anderson’s philosophy is the opposite of the CPC’s, a sad reality openly hidden from view thanks to the word “conservative” appearing in the party’s name.

Indeed, as leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) Maxime is reconsidering his past use of the term “conservative” as one of the adjectives describing the PPC. Thanks to the likes of Pierre Poilievre and his unprincipled CPC, the term “conservative” can no longer be associated with the Right nor with the freedom and individualism that the Right represents.

And thanks to the latest actions of Pierre Poilievre, yet another nail in the coffin of conservatism has been hammered into the minds of Canadians everywhere. More significantly, we now know that when Maxime Bernier first judged the CPC to be “morally and intellectually corrupt” he was Just Right from the very beginning.

As the world drowns in a sea of mounting evidence demonstrating the destructive harm wrought by the so-called Covid19 “vaccines,” officialdom remains engaged in an act of willful blindness so extreme that it can only be seen to be part of globalism’s agenda to “depopulate” the planet.

Our guest Dr. Jessica Rose is a Canadian researcher whose expertise in immunology and computational biology served as the grounds for her decision to raise the alarm about COVID-19 “vaccines.” Having reviewed the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database in conjunction with other sources of information, she arrived at the conclusion “that VAERS is flawed and antiquated.”

The under-reported adverse event factor has been estimated by different studies to be between 20 to 41 times higher than what is being officially reported. No matter which of the estimates are most accurate, even without the under-reported numbers the “vaccines” have been directly associated with millions of deaths globally.

The continuing promotion of the deadly injections in the wake of indisputable evidence of their toxicity has led Dr Rose to conclude that the whole pandemic narrative is a political one, not about viruses or health care. Consequently she is now considering entering the field of politics, “not something I would ever want to engage in” given the nature of those currently in office. But since this is the source of the real pandemic – the political one – it must also be seen to be the solution to end the pandemic.

Dr Rose has already expressed a number of political observations that transcend the official narratives. Joe Biden, she notes, is not competent to serve as America’s president, while Trump was a godsend to America in comparison. Meanwhile, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is not only “unlikable and not relatable” but also “just gross!” And in recognizing that today’s presidents and prime ministers are globalist puppets, Dr Rose is already off to a solid start on the political front.

In advising others to “run for politics, she has identified the most effective means of ending the pandemic in a way that is Just Right.

Poilievre exposed as “fraud” after Christine Anderson’s Canadian visit | Maxime Bernier

Audio  Comments Off on Poilievre exposed as “fraud” after Christine Anderson’s Canadian visit | Maxime Bernier

The recent visit of European Parliamentarian Christine Anderson to Canada has highlighted the contrasting ideologies of the Conservative Party’s Pierre Poilievre and Maxime Bernier of the People’s Party.

Ms. Anderson gained popularity among many Canadians when she rebuked Justin Trudeau during his visit to the European Parliament in March 2022. She condemned him for admiring the Chinese dictatorship, violating citizens’ fundamental rights, and criminalizing dissenting voices.

During her visit to Canada, Ms. Anderson met with hundreds of supporters including Maxime Bernier and three Conservative MPs. Mr. Bernier hailed her as the “Queen of Freedom” and made her an honorary member of the PPC, while Mr. Poilievre reprimanded his MPs for associating with her, branding her opinions as vile and racist.

However, Mr. Poilievre and the reporting of his statement failed to mention which of Ms. Anderson’s opinions he considered racist and vile—a glaring omission.

In this conversation, Maxime Bernier calls out Mr. Poilievre for being a fraud and an opportunist who uses photo-ops with Freedom Convoy truckers to appease protestors during a Conservative Party leadership contest. However, when it comes to issues such as immigration limits, Mr. Poilievre unfairly stigmatizes his opponents by calling them “racist,” and in doing so aligns himself with Justin Trudeau and other critics of responsible economics and individual freedom.

799 – Brave new normal | John C. A. Manley

“We have art that we do not die of reality” – Friedrich Nietzsche

Facing one’s fears in a dystopian world requires a kind of courage and bravery that most Canadians have rarely been forced to call upon. In his fiction novel, “Much Ado About Corona – a dystopian love story” our guest John C.A. Manley tells a tale about the emergence of such courage in the midst of an emerging Canadian police state.

Significantly, John’s novel is evidence of the powerful role that art and literature can have in reflecting the “Covid” reality of the world in which we live. Though its plot and characters are fictional, the novel reflects a deep truth about the reality in which Canadians today find themselves, in part thanks to incorporating the narratives and insights of shows like Just Right, which is included among the dozens of references cited in the book.

In helping him expose the “Covidian Lie,” John’s son Jonah has composed and performed a musical commentary of the same name, thereby adding an additional weapon to their arsenal of artistic persuasion.

Cultures are built and identified around the stories, songs, and philosophies that define them, and most such stories tend to blend fact with fiction. The experiences of the fictional characters are representations of real life experiences, while the factual and historical backdrop of the story provides the reality and truth that make the story itself real and true.

When it is said that “life imitates art,” this is a reflection of the powerful role that art plays in shaping our reality. And of course, art similarly imitates life. In times of tyranny, fictional narratives can reveal truths and facts in a way that often escapes the notice of the tyrannical.

“Once you accept (the truth) then you’re able to do something about it,” observes John. “Until you’ve accepted it, you can’t.”

The truth is what breaks through the lies which is why all tyrannies fear truth most of all. The power of fiction lies in the fact that, through fictional narratives, truth can be discovered in a way that is Just Right for those still struggling to see it.

798 – Some inconvenient truths—about freedom

Comments Off on 798 – Some inconvenient truths—about freedom

For most people in the Western world, “freedom” has been taken as a given. Their ability to do so depended upon a fundamental moral principle held in common, one that Professor of Moral Philosophy John Macmurray (1891-1976) described as the “law of freedom.”

“No man can compass his own freedom for himself,” warned Macmurray in his 1949 book Conditions of Freedom. “He must accept it as a free gift from others; and if they will not give it to him he cannot have it. This is the law of freedom.”

The palpable loss of freedom now experienced on a global scale makes visible an inconvenient truth about freedom that few wish to address, but upon which Macmurray conveniently elaborated:

“We flatter ourselves too much when we imagine that we love freedom and strive wholeheartedly towards freedom. On the contrary; there are few things that we fear so much. No doubt we find the ‘idea’ of freedom most attractive; but the reality is another matter. For to act freely is to take a decision and accept the consequences.

“I see history, in its concrete reality, not as Man’s struggle to win his freedom in a world that frustrates his efforts; but as a record of the twists and evasions by which men seek to escape from freedom in a world which thrusts it remorselessly upon them. The determination which oppresses us is not the opposite of freedom; for what is determined is that Man shall be free.”

In other words, the inconvenient truth about freedom is that most people don’t want it. This leaves those who do want freedom obligated to take the initiative by getting involved in politics, both on principle and as guardians committed to the eternal vigilance required in a free society.

In light of the understanding that freedom must be given freely by each individual to other individuals, it turns out that the phrase “Give me liberty or give me death,” apparently describes the nature of freedom in a way that’s Just Right.

Dr. Jessica Rose is a Canadian researcher using her expertise in immunology and computational biology to raise the alarm about COVID-19 “vaccines.”

The decision by the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) recommending that COVID-19 “vaccines” be included in the typical regimen of vaccines given to children as young as six months old has her alarmed. This decision, coupled with her research which has shown that as many as 13 million people worldwide may have died as a result of COVID-19 mRNA injections should horrify any parent.

“I don’t even know how to think about this seriously. A six-month-old baby’s immune system, neurological system, cardiovascular system, all of the systems are really in the development phase so we have no idea what the impact of doing this is. Do not put this crap into your babies. Don’t do it.”

797 – Why freedom is just Right—and tyranny is always Left

Comments Off on 797 – Why freedom is just Right—and tyranny is always Left
Feb 092023

The continuing confusion over distinctions between the political Left and Right contributes greatly to society’s steady drift away from freedom and towards a state of tyranny. No mere matter of semantics, the failure to objectively distinguish Left from Right blinds people to the nature of politics, a blindness that can only lead towards tyranny.

For example, when it comes to voting, most don’t think in terms of a Left and Right polarity; the polarity they think is Left and Right is the one between Republican or Democrat, Liberal or Conservative, Green or Blue, etc. But as experience repeatedly demonstrates, this is a false polarity because all of today’s political parties on the so-called “political spectrum” are on the Left – which in all its forms and political options lead consistently away from freedom.

As the architect of our dysfunctional and broken political compass, the Left has been astonishingly successful in having destroyed the proper association of freedom with the Right, while at the same time disguising the totalitarian nature of the Left. In desperation, many seeking freedom turn towards a false “Right” associated with conservatism, libertarianism, and even anarchism – all rooted in ideologies of the Left.

From its origins and history to its application in practice, any honest and objective evaluation of the principles on which freedom is based against the principles on which tyranny is based will lead to the unavoidable conclusion that Freedom is Just Right and tyranny is always Left.

796 – The road not taken—and the road ahead | Salim Mansur

Comments Off on 796 – The road not taken—and the road ahead | Salim Mansur
Feb 022023

As the world considers a possible nuclear confrontation over Ukraine, we find ourselves on a path of history that too few comprehend. It is in this vacuum that many engage in predictions and expectations utterly disconnected from the continuum of events driving the forces of history. Of course, there is always a risk in any attempt to predict future events, given how history has repeatedly cast aside many even very reasonable predictions.

It is with this understanding that our guest Salim Mansur, before looking at the road ahead, looks back at the road not taken, and imagines a possible future (our present) that might have transpired had the West chosen the “road less traveled” as Roosevelt intended following World War 2. In so doing, Salim prepares us to face our next major fork in the road of history, in the hopes that we do not again become victims of a “repeating” history mired in perpetual wars.

Driven by the “deep state,” America’s transformation from a constitutional republic to an empire has ironically made America weaker, not stronger. After all, empires depend on two things that do not exist: eternal allies and perpetual enemies. In attempting to sustain these fictions, empires eventually collapse; America is now standing at this fork in the road of its history.

Indeed, turning Russia into a “perpetual enemy” may prove to be the American Empire’s undoing. History has repeatedly demonstrated that not only is this false, but that Russia has been an ally to America during America’s darkest hours – including even the American civil war (another historical vacuum in the minds of most). And freedom’s debt to the Red Army in the last world war “can never be repaid” when taking into account the disproportionate millions of Russian lives lost in the Second World War.

The choice now facing America is whether to take the road less traveled – back towards being a constitutional republic – or to continue down its current path of perpetual war and empire building
. Though never a certainty, odds are that the road less traveled will be the one that proves to be Just Right.
